Centrifugal casting production process: 1. Mold making process (known as pressing mold) : take many pieces of plate directly pressed into A to B film forming, rubber A in the middle, divided into the upper and lower mold, rubbe A high temperature resistance, rubbe B used to pad lining mold height; 2. Vulcanization: preheat the die press first, put the A and B film into the mold frame, and then put the die press into the preheat and pressure (force should be appropriate), and heat up to 140℃-160℃ for one hour or one and A half hours (according to the size of the mold) to make it finalized. 3. Open the mold (take the mold) : when the mold is cool properly, take out the finalized A and B film from the mold frame, open the upper and lower mold, open the water outlet with the blade, crane and other tools, and make A good exhaust hole; 4. Melt: put the alloy material to be melted into the furnace to melt it to the required temperature; 5. Centrifugal casting: put the film into the centrifugal casting machine, and then pour into the molten material, use the centrifugal force to throw the melted material into the mold, cold, forming, take out the mold from the casting machine, break open the upper and lower mold, take out the product, waste waste furnace melting material again.
